Too Early to be 'Shin Dong Bin's Lotte

The true nature of 'L investment company' which is a Japanese enterprise taking part in key stock holding of Korea Lotte was exposed. L investor is taking huge amount of dividend every year from Lotte affiliates. But they have Japanese nationality and it is an unlisted company which makes it difficult for Korea to know about their possessions nor their supremacy over them. Based on what is seen regarding L investor, Shin Dong Bin's Lotte is still a far from near future. '한국 롯데' 전체의 핵심 주주 역할을 하는 일본 국적 기업 ' L투자회사'의 실체가 드러났다.

L투자회사는 국내 롯데 계열사들로부터 매년 막대한 규모의 배당금을 받아 챙겨가고 있다. 하지만 일본 국적인데다 비상장 회사여서 소유 및 지배구조가 국내에는 거의 알려지지 않은 상태다.

L투자회사의 현황에 비추어 '신동빈의 롯데'는 완성되지 않은 미래형인 것으로 분석됐다. 신격호 롯데 총괄회장은 여전히 L투자회사의 실질적 지휘권자로 남아있고, 아직 후계자를 뚜렷하게 지목하지 않은 상태다.
