[Global Korea] National Assembly's Law Takes Down Saenuri Party

President Park has strongly opposed to the Assembly's legislation revised bill which includes enforcement ordinance amendment request.

This problem has risen from Sewol-ho Special Law enforcement ordinance. The government has enacted the Sewol-ho enforcement ordinance and the bereaved and some civic group raised their voice in opposition. The opposition has suggested a negotiation condition regarding the correction of enforcement ordinance in return, agreeing to the revised bill of Pension for public officials and they have agreed to do so. 새누리당 콩가루 만든 국회법 파동

박근혜 대통령이 국회의 시행령 수정 요청권을 담은 국회법 개정안에 대해 강력히 반발했다.

이번 국회법 파동은 세월호특별법 시행령이 발단이 됐다.

앞서 정부는 지난달 11일 세월호특별법 시행령을 제정했고 유족들과 일부 시민단체들은 이에 강력반발했다. 야권은 지난달 28일 공무원연금 개혁안에 동의해주는 대신 시행령에 대해 수정 요청을 할 수 있도록 하는 국회법 개정안을 타협 조건으로 내걸었고 새누리당도 이에 동의했다. 일각에서는 국회법 개정안이 세월호특별법 시행령을 통해 박 대통령 자신을 겨냥한 것이라고 여기고 있기 때문에 격노하는 것이라 판단하고 있다.
