[글로벌코리아]황교안 임명동의안 오늘 제출…막 오르는 청문회 정국

박근혜 대통령이 황교안 국무총리 내정자에 대한 임명동의안을 26일 국회에 제출할 예정인 것으로 알려졌다. 청와대는 내달 중순으로 예정된 박 대통령의 미국 방문 이전에 황 내정자에 대한 인사청문 및 국회인준 절차를 완료하겠다는 방침이다.

인사청문회법에 따르면 국회 인사청문특위는 임명동의안이 제출된 날로부터 15일 이내에 청문회를 마쳐야 한다. 전체 국회 심사 절차는 20일 이내로 제한된다. 새누리당도 26일 중으로 황 총리 인준안을 처리하겠다는 입장이다.

새정치민주연합은 철저한 검증이 우선돼야 한다며 날카로운 송곳검증을 예고하고 있다. 대여 강경파로 분류되는 우원식 의원을 특위 간사로 정한 상태다. 청문회 태스크포스(TF) 등 실무진을 중심으로 이미 황 내정자에 대한 각종 의혹과 논란에 대한 자료 수집에 나서는 등 사실상 검증 작업에 착수한 상황이다.

황 내정자는 이틀 연속 종로구 통의동 금융감독원 연수원에 마련된 국무총리 후보자 집무실로 출근해 주요 현안에 대해 담당 실·국장 보고를 받는 등 청문회 준비에 속도를 냈다.
