[글로벌 코리아]이완구 해임건의안 '초읽기'

한국의 이완구 국무총리에 대한 해임건의안 제출이 초읽기에 들어갔다. 이 총리는 '성완종 리스트'에 이름이 올라 부패 스캔들에 휩싸여 있다. 고인이 된 성완종 전 경남기업 회장은 죽기 전 이 총리에게 3000만원의 불법자금을 제공했다고 밝힌 바 있다.

야당인 새정치민주연합은 19일 이 총리에 대한 해임건의안을 이르면 23일 국회에 제출하는 방안을 추진하기로 했다. 문재인 새정치연합 대표는 이날 "주말을 넘기도록 (사퇴) 결단이 이뤄지지 않는다면 해임 건의안 제출을 더욱 구체적으로 검토할 것"이라고 말했다.

이 총리는 중남미를 순방 중인 박근혜 대통령을 대신해 국정을 맡고 있다. 여당인 새누리당은 박 대통령의 귀국 때까지 1주일가량 기다려 달라고 요구하고 있다. 하지만 새정치연합은 오는 27일 박 대통령의 귀국 때까지 기다릴 수 없다는 입장이다. 이 총리는 사실상 식물총리로 전락한 상태다. 새정치연합이 해임건의안을 제출할 경우 새누리당에서도 동조표가 나올 가능성이 높다는 관측이 나오고 있다.
